01 · The Method

Context, engineered.

Most people bolt a chatbot onto their website and call it AI. I do the opposite, and I’ll show you exactly how. You’ll build a system that knows exactly what it sells and who it sells to. It works like your best employee, around the clock. You set it up once, point it at one kind of customer, and it gets sharper every week instead of going stale.

  1. 01

    What it knows

A new hire is only as good as their training, and a system is no different. You give it the full picture: what you sell, the questions people actually ask, the proof that wins them over, and how to handle a real conversation. Then it acts instead of guessing.

  2. 02

    One customer

Pick one kind of customer and one thing to sell them. The system only has to be right about that one audience, so it gets sharp fast instead of spreading thin and staying average.

  3. 03

    Better every week

Every conversation teaches it something. The strong answers get reused, the weak ones get fixed, and it gets a little better at its job each week. You’re not starting from zero every month. You’re building something you own that only gets more valuable.

02 · The Life

What the work funds.

The system runs whether I’m at the desk or not. This is what that buys back: time, and the room to spend it well.

03 · The Cohort

One system. Built to own.

Not a course. A working room. You build one system alongside me, pointed at a single kind of customer, until it runs without you. Then you own it.

Stay until it runs

If you show up and do the work and your system isn’t live by the end of the cohort, I keep working with you until it is. No extra cost. No refunds, no exits. We finish.

What’s included

  • Weekly working sessions where we build on the call, not in theory
  • The context-engineering playbook I use inside Scale & Mercer
  • System templates, prompts, and the qualification logic
  • A direct line to me between sessions

You leave with

  • A live system pointed at one customer
  • The playbook and templates, yours to keep
  • The judgment to run it and extend it

Weekly until it runs. That’s the term.

Cohort 001

No testimonials yet. That’s the point. The first hundred build before anyone else and set the record everyone after them reads.

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You have a 9-to-5 and you’re done waiting for permission to build something of your own.
  • You want to learn a real, durable skill, not buy a shortcut.
  • You’ll do the work between sessions, not just watch.
  • You want to own the system you build, not rent an agency forever.

This is not for you if

  • You’re looking for a button that prints money.
  • You won’t put in the reps between sessions.
  • You want done-for-you and never want to understand it.
  • You collect courses instead of shipping.

04 · Negus

Negus means King.

I co-founded Scale & Mercer. We build one thing for one kind of company: a revenue system for Shopify brands doing $3M–$50M a year. Their money leaks because two dozen tools each see a sliver of the customer and none of them see the whole. We pull it into one view, rescore every customer daily, and put back the 20–40% that was quietly walking out the door.

None of that is really about ecommerce. It works because of the discipline underneath: pick one customer, find exactly where the money leaks, and build the system that closes the gap while you sleep. Narrow beats broad. Owned beats rented. That’s the whole game, and it travels to whatever industry you aim it at.

This room is where you do it for yours. Not my market, not my playbook copied line for line. Your industry, your one customer, your system, built next to me until it runs without you. Scale & Mercer is the proof it works. What you build is yours to keep.

There’s no checkout. You apply, I read it, and we talk before any money moves, because the room only works if everyone in it is serious.

Tell me where you are now and why you want to build this. If it’s a fit, you’ll hear from me directly.

FAQ

Before you apply.

What exactly do I get?

A system, not a syllabus. Weekly working sessions where we build your context-engineered revenue system live, plus the playbook, templates, and a direct line to me. You leave with something that runs.

Who is this actually for?

Regular people with a 9-to-5, or a side hustle, who want to learn to build AI revenue systems and own them. You don’t need an existing business. You need to be willing to do the reps between sessions.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can write clearly about your customer, you can do this. The system is built from judgment and context, not code. The tools are provided. The thinking is yours.

What’s the time commitment?

One working session a week, plus the build time between. Plan on a few focused hours. The people who win here do the reps.

When are the sessions? What if I miss one?

Sessions are scheduled with the room once doors close, so they land when the cohort can actually attend. Every session is recorded. Miss a week, watch it, do the reps, come back.

Why $2,000?

It filters. The price is high enough that only serious builders show up. It’s a flat, one-time fee, not a subscription: you pay once and own what you build. This is the introductory rate, and it rises as the room grows.

What if my system isn’t running by the end?

Then we keep going. Show up, do the work, and if it isn’t live by the end of the cohort I keep building with you until it is. No extra cost. No refunds either: we don’t exit, we finish.

Is this just ChatGPT wrappers?

No. Context engineering is the opposite of a wrapper. It’s the offer, the objections, the proof, and the judgment, assembled so the system acts like your best operator. The wrapper is the part everyone copies. The context is the part they can’t.
